• Lead the quantitative research strand of an international project on migration, coordinating a large-scale survey across four Asian cities.

• Managed all stages of survey development and implementation: design, translation, digital deployment in CAPI, and quality assurance.

• Directed training and supervision of multinational field teams and data managers to ensure high-quality data collection.

• Guided data management and analysis, producing insights to inform academic and policy debates on migration.

• Organised and contributed to conferences, seminars, and publications to disseminate findings internationally.

• Currently advancing collaborative research outputs based on survey data.
